5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer; Assumption of Risk

Reformer pilates, fitness classes, stretching, and wellness activities carry inherent risks. Specifically, these risks include physical injury, illness, aggravation of existing conditions, equipment incidents, falls, and other complications. Therefore, by booking, attending, or participating in any class or service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Meanwhile, website content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. As a result, you should consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. This is especially important if you have an injury, medical condition, or health concern.

Furthermore, any separate waiver, release, consent form, studio policy, or participant agreement signed through MarianaTek or directly with KORE remains in full effect alongside these Terms.
